  Been here 9 months car been broken into 3 times. Make report and office staff don't care. The staff lie about sending out flyer about the brake in. The dogs are up all night. The up stairs smell like dog poop. The washer don't work half the times with no refund..the maintenance guys are the best. They are polite and the Egg very concerned the repair any damages ASAP great guys

  This. Apartment. Complex. SUCKS! Firstly, they charge a $40.00 service fee every month if you plan on paying your rent with a debit card. The office hours are 10a-6p so if you have an issue and you work a normal job good luck getting it fixed. Security is nonexistant there are no security cameras and there has been several break ins (our unit was broken into in our first month.) Maintence is also seriously lacking; our roof leaked for a solid week before we could get anyone to come out and look; primer was not used for walls so the paint rubs off with just a splash of water; the pipes in the kitchen sink was put on incorrectly so it burst. Please do yourself a favor and move on; the lowest apartment on your list of possibilities will be better than this overpriced peace of trash. We will be very glad when the lease is up.
